三种方法拔除近中中位水平阻生牙的效果比较

Comparison of three methods for extraction of near the median level of impacted tootheffect

目的:探讨3种方法在拔除下颌近中中位水平阻生牙的优缺点。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年3月我科收治的下颌近中中位水平阻生牙患者150例,随机均分为3组(n=50)。A组采用传统劈冠拔除方法,B组采用三段式横断拔除方法,C组采用"T"形截冠拔除方法。比较3种拔除方法所用时间,术中出现断根现象,术后疼痛、肿胀,第二磨牙术后出现敏感的患者。结果:3种拔除方法所用时间,C组最少,B组其次,A组时间最长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B、C两组术中出现断根现象,术后疼痛、肿胀,第二磨牙术后出现敏感的发生率少于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是B、C两组间的数据差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:"T"形截冠拔除方法和三段式横断拔除方法临床效果优于传统劈冠拔除方法。"T"型截冠拔除方法可明显缩短手术时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of 3 methods in the extraction of mandibular near the median level of impacted tooth. Methods 150 patients with 2013-2014 were selected in the mesial median level resistance,were randomly divided into 3 groups （n=50）.A group using the traditional split crown extractionmethod, and group B with three section extraction method,and group C with T-shape type of crown truncation method of extraction.Comparison of 3 methods of extracting time, root cutting phenomenon appeared during the operation,swelling and pain, postoperative,sensitive patients with second molar surgery. Results 3 methods of extracting time,group C was the lowest,followed by group B, group A for the longest time,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,B,C two groups ofintraoperative cutting phenomenon,swelling and pain,postoperative, second molarsurgery sensitive rate less than A group,difference statistical significance （P〈0.05）, butthe difference of B, C between the two groups of data had no statistical significance （ P〉0.05）. Conclusion T-shape of crown truncation method of extraction and three section extraction method of clinical effect is better than that of traditional chisel in extraction methods.T-shape of crown truncation method of extraction can shorten the operation time, worthy of clinical application.
