鼻腔畸胎癌肉瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 鼻腔鼻窦畸胎肉瘤（sinonasal teratocarcinosarcoma：SNTCS）是非常少见的恶性肿瘤,国内外多为个案报道,鲜有循证医学数据。该肿瘤起病隐匿,多见于鼻腔鼻窦区域,恶性程度高,早期诊断困难,就诊时多有不同程度的周围侵犯,已是中晚期。现报告我科诊治的1例SNTCS患者的临床和实验室资料,以提高对此病的认识。1病案摘要患者男性,42岁。2012年8月出现鼻衄、伴左侧鼻塞,间歇性耳鸣,双耳听力下降。鼻腔镜检查示：
