摘要 目的 评价纳米脂肪移植(Nanofat Grafting)在面部非结构性移植中的临床效果.方法 自2014年9 ~12月,对10例自愿行脂肪移植治疗的女性患者(面颊部皮肤老化1例,眼周皮肤老化5例,额部皮肤老化2例,瘢痕2例),常规行吸脂术获取脂肪;经离心、机械乳化过滤后留取滤过脂肪乳化液,采用27号针头行真皮深层注射,直到皮肤颜色发生黄染变化为止;注射后,按疗程定期随访、拍照及接受后续治疗.结果 本组患者中,有效9例,其中皮肤老化明显改善7例;无效1例.无严重并发症发生,随访期内效果稳定7例,再手术3例.结论 纳米脂肪移植有助于面部皮肤年轻化. Objective To assess the clinical effects of nanofat in facial non-structural grafting. Metho- ds From Sept. 2014 to Dec. 2014, 10 female cases with skin aging (1 case in cheek, 5 around eyes, 2 in forehead and 2 with scar) were performed willingly the fat grafting. Nanofat obtained from routine lipsuction was centrifugated, emulsified and fihrated, and then the emulsified liquid was injected into the deep layer of dermis by 27 gauge needle until the skin turned yellowish. The following up, taking photo and other following treat- ments were performed. Results Of 10 cases, 9 cases were effective, in which 7 cases with skin aging were re- markable improved, 1 case was ineffective. The clinical effects were stable on 7 cases, reoperafion on 3 cases in following up period. There were few complications occurring. Conclusion Nanofat grafting is benefit for skin rejuvenation.
