摘要 目的探讨PBL教学法在心血管内科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法 2012年在安徽医科大学第二附属医院心血管内科临床见习的五年制临床专业学生97人,将学生随机分为两组,实验组学生48人,对照组学生49人。对照组学生采用传统教学法,观察组学生采用PBL教学法。结果 (1)与对照组比较,实验组对教学法基本满意度显著提高(81.6%vs.93.8%,P<0.05);(2)与对照组比较,实验组理论成绩无统计学差异[(85.8±6.5)分vs.(86.7±5.9)分,P>0.05],而实验组病例分析成绩显著提高[(80.5±7.5)分vs.(89.4±5.8)分,P<0.01]。结论在心血管内科临床见习中,PBL教学法能取得较好的教学效果,是值得推广的一种教学法。 Objective To observe the effect of problem-based learning(PB) teaching method in cardiovascular medicine probationer doctor. Methods In 2012, 97 five-year-program probationer doctors in our institution were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group(n=48) and the control group (n=49). PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method were applied in two groups respectively. Results (1) Compared with the control group, the degree of satisfaction was significant higher in the experimental group (81.6%vs. 93.8%, P〈0.05);(2) There was no statistical difference in the fundamental knowledge between the control group and the experimental group[(85.8±6.5)pionts vs. (86.7±5.9)pionts, P〉0.05], while the comprehensive ability of the experimental group was significant higher than that of the control group [(89.4±5.8)pionts vs. (80.5±7.5)pionts,P 〈 0.01]. Conclusion PBL teaching model can achieve better teaching effect in the clinical teaching of cardiovascular internal medicine, it is worth of application.
