摘要
对国内大型电站煤粉锅炉燃用的154个煤质的工业分析成分数据进行数学分析试验,根据煤质各成分对稳燃和易燃特性影响的物理关系及煤粉气流稳定着火条件等因素,提出新的煤质稳燃指数( WR )和易燃指数( YR )。主要特点是:在稳燃指数中引入煤粉达到着火温度时水分吸热量QM 与焦炭吸热量QJ 和挥发分发热量QV ;在易燃指数中引入固定碳与挥发分之比FCar/Var ,灰分与水分之和与挥发分之比()/ar ar arA +M V ;与传统方法相结合,拟合出YR与Vdaf 的分布函数关系式;给出图像分辨新方法与界限值。结果表明,在模型条件下,()/M J VQ +Q Q ≈55.8%~93.2%,此值越小,稳燃能力越强。新指数与传统方法相结合,能更清晰地分辨不同种类煤质的稳燃和易燃特性。
The data of analysis composition among 154 different property coals that are burned and used in pulverized coal boilers by large-scale power stations in China is analyzed and tested. Based on the physical relationship between different coal compositions and the properties of inflammability, stable combustion, new indexes of stable combustion (WR), inflammability YR) are put forward. The core characteristics of the new indexes are as follows:In stable combustion introduces the heat absorption value of moisture QM , of coke QJ and heatliberation value of volatile matter QV , when the coal finesreach the ignition temperature;In inflammability introduces the ratios between FCar/Var and ( )/ar ar arA +M V ; Combining with traditional technologies, the distribution function relation of YR and Vdaf is fitted;New methods of image resolution and the boundary value are also given out. The result demonstrates that under the conditions of model, ( )/M J VQ +Q Q ≈55.8%-93.2%. The smaller the value, the stronger the stable combustion is. With the combination of new indexes and traditional technologies, the burning features of different coals canbe more clearly recognized.
