摘要
基于ZnS(Ag)和塑料闪烁体组成的复合闪烁体,利用α、β射线在仪器中产生的脉冲波形特征,设计了α、β脉冲甄别电路。实验结果表明,α射线对β道串道比在5%以内时,β射线的探测效率约为50%;β射线对α道串道比为1%时,α射线的探测效率约为35%,实现了在较低串道比条件下对α、β射线的高效探测。
Theα,β pulse -discriminating circuit was designed based on a, 13 pulse waveform characteris- tics produced from the composite scintillator which made up of ZnS (Ag) and plastic scintilla- tor. Experimental results shew that α ray detection efficiency is about 50% when a ray enter β circuit less than 5%; and the β ray detection efficiency is about 35% when β ray enter a circuit less than β. Therefore α,β ray can be efficiently detected when string pass ratio is very low.
