摘要 埃博拉病毒(EBOV)是能够导致人和灵长类动物埃博拉出血热的一种高致病率及高致死率病毒。埃博拉病毒从发现以来已经造成了数次大规模流行,主要集中在非洲地区。2014年在西非地区暴发了历史上最为严重的埃博拉出血热疫情,引起了全球的广泛关注。本文就埃博拉病毒的流行病学、传播特点、分子病毒学、致病的分子基础、感染及致病的免疫机制及埃博拉出血热的临床特征和防治措施等方面的研究进展进行综述,为人们能够有效预防及治疗埃博拉出血热,遏制埃博拉出血热疫情的扩散提供科学参考。 Ebola hemorrhagic fever is a deadly infectious disease caused by Ebola virus (EBOV) infection. Here I briefly reviewed the epidemiology, molecular biology, immunology, pathological mechanisms, clinical characteristics, progresses and problems for prevention and treatment of EBOV infection. I hope this review may provide some scientific help for us to understand Ebola hemorrhagic fever.
