Modify WHOQOL-BREF by Item Response Theory

【目的】基于项目反应理论IRT为WHOQOL-BREF的"社会关系"维度添加优质条目。【方法】采用议题小组和核心小组交互工作的方式构建条目池,以项目反应理论IRT为主,经典测验理论中传统的条目筛选方法为辅,同时结合专家对条目的重要性评价为"社会关系"维度筛选优质条目。以配额抽样法收集700份有效问卷,利用IRT对条目的区分度a、难度b1-b4、信息量和项目功能差异进行估计,同时采用离散程度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、克朗巴赫α系数法、多重线性回归法以及专家重要性评价分析条目的性质。【结果】根据上述方法筛选出D36、F14.3、A1添加到"社会关系"维度中。【结论】按照严格程序并基于项目反应理论IRT筛选条目,最终形成了修订版量表WHOQOL-BREF-R。

[ Objective ] To add superior items into the ＂Social Relationships＂ domain of WHOQOL-BREF by item response theory （IRT）. [Methods] Nominal group worked interaetively with focus group to build the item pool. Superior items were selected using IRT, traditional methods and experts＇ importance rating to add into the ＂Social Relationships＂ domain. We administered the scale to 700 parents by quota sampling, and estimate the discrimination α, difficulty b1-b4, Item Information Function and Differential Item Functioning （DIF） of items. We also analyzed the property of items according to the dispersion degree, correlation coefficient, factor analysis, Cronbaeh＇s α coefficient, multiple linear regression and experts＇ importance rating. [ Results ] Three items D36, F14.3, A1 were selected to be added into ＂Social Relationships＂ domain according to the above methods. [Conclusion] The revised scale WHOQOL-BREF-R was developed on the strict procedures according to IRT.
