摘要
依据《内经》文本,从身形之脉、由脉到经、以脉代经3个方面,论述身形之脉与经脉内涵演变的关系。研究认为:经脉源于又高于身形之脉,二者不可混淆论之;经脉从"脉"到"经",是中医认识人体由具象到抽象、由实体到概念的过程,"经"表达的是生命体不同于西医视角特殊的纵向恒久规律,这个规律基于朴素观察,又有理性总结与思考,经得起实践检验;以脉代经的表述,名为言脉,实为说经。
According to the records in Neijing(Internal Classic),this article discusses the relationship during the connotative evolution of mai(vessel)and jing(meridian)in the three aspects,named mai(vessels),the evolution from mai(vessel)to jing(meridian),and the connotation replacement of jing(meridian)with mai(vessel).The study results show that the connotation of Jingmai is originated frommai(vessel),but more enriched,which cannot be confused with each other.The recognition on the connotation of jingmai from mai(vessel)to jing(meridian)is the process of TCM understanding from concretization to abstraction,and from the entity to the concept.Jing(meridian)represents the law on the longitudinal and invariable running course of meridian,different from the perspective in western medicine in human body.This law results from the naive observation and is based on the rational summary and thinking,and it stands up the approval from practice.The description of jing(meridian)as mai(vessel)is just the superficial description of this term.In fact,its concept infers to the connotation of meridian.
