去骨瓣减压术治疗恶性大脑中动脉脑梗死研究进展

Research progress of decompressive hemicraniectomy for malignant middle cerebral artery infarction

恶性大脑中动脉脑梗死是一种致死性疾病,传统内科治疗效果不佳。随机对照试验和Meta分析结果证实,60岁以下患者48h内行去骨瓣减压术可明显降低病死率,改善功能预后且不增加严重残疾率。因此,去骨瓣减压术被美国心脏病协会和美国卒中协会作为Ⅰ类B级证据推荐。本文就去骨瓣减压术治疗恶性大脑中动脉脑梗死研究进展作一综述。

Malignant middle cerebral artery infarction is a fatal disease. However, traditional medical treatment is not effective. Randomized controlled trials and meta-analysis have proved that decompressive hemicraniectomy within 48 hours can obviously reduce the fatality and not increase the incidence of severe disabilities for the patients aged over 60 years. Therefore it is recommended by American Heart Association/American Stroke Association （AHA/ASA） in 2014 （class I , level B）. This paper reviews the research progress of decompressive hemicraniectomy for malignant middle cerebral artery infarction.
