Experimental study on the modified biopsy technique in rabbits

目的探讨改良后穿刺活检方法在减少穿刺孔出血中的作用。方法成年家兔30只,对左侧胫骨采用传统骨穿刺活检方法;对右侧胫骨采用改良后骨穿刺活检方法,并于穿刺后应用套管植入密封栓封堵穿刺孔。彩超评定穿刺孔出血发生情况。结果 30只家兔穿刺后30min彩超检查结果显示,左侧胫骨穿刺孔周围有不同程度出血27只(90%),血肿直径≤5mm 7例,>5mm 20例;右侧胫骨穿刺孔周围有出血3只(10%),血肿直径均≤5mm;右侧胫骨穿刺孔出血率明显低于左侧胫骨,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良后骨穿刺活检技术可减少穿刺孔出血。

Objective To investigate the influence of the modified biopsy technique on local bleeding.Methods Thirty adult rabbits were punctured at the left proximal tibia（left group）and the right proximal tibia（right group）.Left group received traditional biopsy and right group received modified biopsy.The puncture was implanted the bolt closure through the cannula.The exudation at the puncture hole was observed by color Doppler ultrasound.Results The ultrasound found bleeding at puncture holes in 27cases（90%）30minutes after puncture.The diameter of hematoma was≤5mm in7 cases,and5mm in 20 cases.In right group,3cases（10%）had bleeding at puncture hole with hematoma≤5mm in diameter.The incidence of bleeding was significantly higher in right group than that in left group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The modified biopsy method can reduce bleeding at puncture hole.
