摘要
目的 探讨β-微管蛋白Ⅲ(TUBB3)和γ-神经突触核蛋白(γ-SNCG)在结直肠腺癌组织的表达及意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测180例结直肠腺癌中TUBB3和γ-SNCG的表达.结果 在结直肠腺癌中TUBB3和γ-SNCG的蛋白阳性率分别为82.2%和73.9%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);γ-SNCG蛋白阳性表达率与浸润深度、临床分期有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、分化程度无关(P>0.05);TUBB3蛋白阳性表达率与性别、年龄、分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期均无关(P>0.05);结直肠腺癌组织中TUBB3和γ-SNCG之间存在正相关关系(r=0.154,P<0.05).结论 结直肠腺癌组织中TUBB3和γ-SNCG两蛋白表达相近,γ-SNCG高表达与结直肠腺癌的浸润深度、临床分期有关,作为结直肠腺癌判断预后以及筛选成为靶向治疗的靶点还有待于进一步研究.
Objective To explore the expressions of TUBB3 (β-tubulin Ⅲ) and γ-synuclein (SNCG) in colorectal adenocarcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods The expressions of TUBB3 and γ-synuclein were detected by SP immunohistochemistry in 180 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma.Results TUBB3 protein positive rate was 82.2% and γ-synuclein protein positive rate 73.9% in colorectal adenocarcinoma.And there were insignificant differences of positive expression between TUBB3 and γ-synuclein (P 〉 0.05).The positive expression of TUBB3 was not correlated with gender,age,histological differentiation,depth of tumor invasion or clinical stage (P 〉 0.05).The positive expression of γ-synuclein was closely correlated with depth of tumor invasion and clinical stage (P 〈0.05),but with gender,age or histological differentiation (P 〉 0.05).The positive expressions of TUBB3 and γ-synuclein were correlated in colorectal adenocarcinoma (r =0.154,P 〈 0.05).Conclusions γ-synuclein,detected by immunohistochemistry is better than TUBB3 in colorectal adenocarcinoma.And γ-synuclein may be used as a new prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target.
