腹主动脉瘤动物模型的选择 被引量:2

摘要 腹主动脉瘤(AAA)病情凶险,是60岁以上男性的第10位死因,美国每年AAA破裂导致的死亡人数为15 000例[1].已知的危险因素有男性、吸烟、高龄、遗传倾向、脂代谢异常和高血压.AAA的组织学表现为中膜和外膜大量炎性细胞浸润,弹力纤维断裂及中膜降解,但病因不明.选择安全可靠、可重复的动物模型对于理解AAA的发生机制具有重要作用,也为新型药物和手术方式提供参考价值.
