老年患者急性肾衰竭的病因分析及血液净化的疗效观察

The Cause of Elderly Patients with Acute Renal Failure and the Effect of Blood Purification

目的探讨分析老年患者罹患急性肾衰竭的病因并研究血液净化对其的治疗效果。方法 2012年1月至2014年月1我院收治的120名老年急性肾衰竭患者为研究对象分析其发病原因,并将其分为进行血液净化治疗的研究组和不进行血液净化治疗的对照组,观察其治疗效果。结果 120例老年急性肾衰竭患者中病因为肾前性的75例,占62.5%;肾性的22例,占18.3%;肾后性23例,占19.2%。研究组治疗效果总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾前性因素是老年患者急性肾衰竭的主要病因,对其进行血液净化治疗疗效显著,可有效提高患者好转率。

Objective To analyze the cause of elderly patients with acute renal failure and study the effect of blood purification. Methods Analyze the cause of 120 elderly patients with acute renal failure in 2012 -01 ∽2014 -01 of our hospital, and divided them into research group who took blood purification therapy and control group who not took blood purification therapy. Results 75 cases were prerenal causes, accounted for 62. 5%. 22 cases were renal causes, accounted for 18. 3%. 23 cases were postrenal cau-ses, accounted for 19. 2%. The treatment efficiency of the research group was higher than the control group with significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Prerenal factors are the main causes of acute renal failure in elderly patients and the treatment effect of blood purification is significant which can effectively improve the disease.
