180例外伤患者对瘢痕担忧及早期美容缝合的满意度调查

Investigation of Fear of Scar and Degree of Satisfaction of Cosmetic Suture in 180 Trauma Patients

目的通过调查统计患者外伤后来本科室就诊的主要原因及对伤后瘢痕发生的担忧情况,了解患者对瘢痕的重视程度,对瘢痕防治方法的了解程度,以及对早期美容缝合的满意度。方法对180例因皮肤外伤而进行早期缝合的患者,采用问卷调查的形式对其入院缝合的主要原因及疗效满意度进行调查。结果 180例患者对瘢痕形成的重视度达85.0%以上:对瘢痕防治方法的了解程度达95.0%,对早期美容缝合的满意度达94.2%。结论外伤患者对创面愈合后的美观要求较高,因此早期美容缝合对外伤患者的意义重大,可明显减少瘢痕,提高患者满意度。

Objective By investigating the reason of coming to our department for treatment in trauma patients and their worry about post-injury scar formation, we aimed to understand the patients attention to scar, their information a-bout preventing and treating scar and their degree of satisfaction of early cosmetic suture. Methods By means of question-naire survey, 180 patients with skin trauma admitted for early suture were investigated for the main reason of suture and de-gree of satisfaction of the effect. Results More than 85. 0% patients attached importance to the scarring, 95. 0% patients knew the methods of preventing and treating scar, 94. 2% patients were satisfied with the early cosmetic suture. Conclu-sions Trauma patients have higher cosmetic demand for wound healing, therefore, early cosmetic suture is of great signifi-cance to the injured patients and obviously reduce the scar formation and increase the degree of satisfaction.
