摘要
主要针对AP系列压扁钢管型能量吸收件的性能分析模拟。考虑到能量吸收件主要是通过塑性变形吸收管道甩击产生的能量,基于管道材料的真应力-应变关系,从接触基本原理出发,建立接触变形中承压管道部件的力学模型,基于Abaqus软件计算不同接触边界及载荷形式下作为能量吸收部件的力学响应。比较分析管部件弹性和塑性阶段刚度,为该部件的性能试验以及功能验证试验奠定基础。
the performances of crushable pipe in AP series nuclear power plants. Since energy absorbing are mainly relied on plastic de- formation, based on true stress-strain relationship of pipe material and the basic contact mechanics principle, establishes contact me- chanics model which can endure flattening deformation for crushable pipe. Computes the crushable pipe mechanics responses for different boundary conditions. Calculates and compares the stiffness for elastic and plastic phase respectively which establish foundations for the crushable pipe performance and function experiments.
