乙型肝炎治疗性疫苗研究进展

Research progress of therapeutic vaccines against hepatitis B

当前国内外已经研发了一系列慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)治疗性疫苗,主要有蛋白类疫苗、T细胞表位肽疫苗、DNA疫苗和细胞类(树突状细胞等)疫苗等。本文对国内外相关乙型肝炎治疗性疫苗的研究进展进行综述,对存在问题进行讨论分析,并提出解决方案,以期为治疗CHB的临床研究提供参考。

A series of therapeutic vaccines against chronic hepatitis B （CHB）, including the ones of HBV protein, the specific epitope peptide, DNA plasmids and cells （dendritic cells）, have been studied and developed. The authors present a literature review on the research progress of therapeutic vaccines against hepatitis B and propose a solution for the obstacles we are facing during the de- velopment of therapeutic vaccines, so as to provide a reference for clinical research for management of CHB.
