摘要
近年来,由于人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,中国肥胖人数呈现爆发式增长,肥胖已成为一个严重的公共卫生问题。如何预防和治疗减肥也成为备受关注的科学问题。与以储存脂类物质为主要功能的白色脂肪细胞不同,棕色脂肪细胞能燃烧脂肪,促进能量代谢,为预防和治疗肥胖及其相关代谢性疾病提供新方法[1-2]。特别是最近成年人棕色脂肪细胞被发现,在肥胖和糖尿病研究领域引起轰动,不久的将来可能成为肥胖患者的福音[1]。
