锌转运蛋白8表位与1型糖尿病的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 1型糖尿病(T1DM)是一种由T、B淋巴细胞共同参与的自身免疫性疾病,主要是因自身免疫系统对胰岛β细胞特异性破坏而导致体内胰岛素绝对缺乏,因而准确诊断T1DM及探讨其发病机制的有效手段是自身抗原成分的检测。大量的临床试验表明,T1DM的发病与体内多种自身抗体密切相关,包括胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)、蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶抗体(IA-2A)、胰岛素自身抗体(IAA)和谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GADA)[1-4]。这些自身抗体联合检测是比较敏感的诊断指标,可提高胰岛自身抗体的阳性率[5],尤其是对于那些高危人群,但其敏感性和特异性在普通人群筛查中却并不令人满意。为了T1DM的早期筛查与诊断,亟需探索新的分子靶点。
