Technology Research of Laser Welded Commercial Pure Titanium

摘要 研究激光焊接对工业纯钛焊缝成形和力学性能的影响,采用高功率Nd∶YAG激光器及焊接机器人,通过焊接速度与激光功率的匹配,研究了相同线能量输入条件下,工业纯钛的激光焊接工艺。采用光学显微镜,扫描电镜及拉伸试验机,显微硬度测计等仪器对焊缝的微观形貌及力学性能进行了测试分析。试验结果表明,焊缝和热影响区的显微硬度明显高于母材并且焊缝的硬度值最大,焊接接头的抗拉强度高于母材。 The effect of laser welding on the weld appearance and mechanical properties of commercial pure titanium were dis- cussed by using high power Nd YAG laser and welding robot, and the laser welding process research through matching the welding speed and laser power in same energy input. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welding joint are ana lyzed by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, micro-hardness tester and material testing ma- chine. The experimental results show that the mierohardness of the weld seam and heat affected zone is higher than that of ma- trix, and the weld seam exhibits the highest values in the welded joint. The tensile strength of the welded joints is over the base metal.
