雷帕霉素治疗结节性硬化神经系统症状的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 结节性硬化（tuberous sclerosis complex,TSC）是以全身多个器官出现错构瘤病变及神经精神症状为主的常染色体显性遗传病.根据累及病变部位不同,可出现面部纤维血管瘤、色素脱失斑、肾血管肌脂肪瘤、脑皮质结节、脑室管膜下结节、肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病、癫痫、自闭症、智能障碍等[1].本病的发病率为1/10 000 ～ 1/6 000,世界范围内约有患者150万例.
