健康教育及受教育程度对慢性心力衰竭患者个人管理行为的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者个人管理行为的影响。方法:将来我院就诊的90名CHF患者,随机分为教育干预组(n=43)和对照组(n=47)。教育干预措施主要由医师主导的关于CHF发病机制及防治的普及,包括日常个人管理,用药原则及对饮食锻炼的要求等。以问卷形式电话随访3个月,收集患者个人管理行为资料,采用SPSS13.0软件进行分析。并且对90例CHF患者的服药依从性进行问卷调查,分析服药依从性与其受教育程度的相关性。结果:随机干预前两组患者之间日常个人管理行为无显著差异,3个月后干预组患者个人管理行为明显强于对照组(P<0.05)。且CHF患者服药依从性与其受教育程度呈正相关(r=0.882,P<0.01)。结论:对CHF患者采取教育干预会提高患者个人管理意识;受教育程度越高的CHF患者其服药依从性越好。 AIM: To explore the impact of health education on personal care behavior in patients with chronic heart failure. METHODS: Ninety patients with heart failure were randomly divided into educational intervention group ( n = 43 ) and control group ( n = 47 ). Educational intervention was primarily the extension of knowledge on the pathogenesis and prevention of heart failure, including daily personal care, medication and dietary principles and exercise requirements. A 3-month follow-up was conducted in the form of questionnaires or telephone visits and self-care data were collected. The correlation between medication compliance and education level was analyzed. RESULTS: No obvious difference was found in self-care behavior between groups before the intervention, but after the 3-month educational education, the self-care behavior in intervention group was significantly better than in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Medication adherence and educational level were positively correlated in chronic heart failure patients (r =0. 882, P 〈 0. 01 ). CONCLUSION: Educational intervention can improve self-care behavior in patients with chronic heart failure. The higher the educational level, the better the medication compliance in patients with chronic heart failure.
