摘要 三尖瓣关闭不全在临床上比较常见。外科手术治疗三尖瓣关闭不全存在诸多局限性,而三尖瓣关闭不全的介入治疗技术仍处于动物实验阶段,现在还没有一种治疗手段被认为是最理想的方法。微创瓣膜修复技术以及腔静脉瓣膜支架植入方法的研究,有望使三尖瓣膜关闭不全的治疗方法出现一次革命。 Tricuspid regurgitation is a most common clinical problem. Surgical treatment of tricuspid insufficiency has many limitations and interventional treatment of tricuspid insufficiency is still in the stage of animal experiments. No method has currently been acclaimed as the best method. Minimally invasive surgical valve repair technology and venous valved stent implantation are expected to bring about a revolution in the treatment of tricuspid insufficiency.
