耐力运动导致左心室肥大的研究进展

摘要 运动员心脏反映机体对运动训练所产生的代偿性变化,不同的运动方式对心脏的影响不同,耐力运动可以导致左心室心室壁增厚和心腔扩大。本文简述了耐力运动所致运动性心室壁增厚的原因及机制等的研究现状,为运动员心脏研究提供新的思路。 Athlete's heart is related to the body's compensatory changes arising from exercise training and different types of sports will influence heart remodeling in different ways. Endurance exercise may lead to left ventricular hypertrophy and enlargement of cavity, whereas resistance exercise can only contribute to hypertrophy. This paper reviews the physiological mechanisms of exercise-induced left ventricular hypertrophy with the aim of providing some new perspectives into the research of athlete's heart.
