节制资本,缩小贫富差距

Restrict Capital and Narrow the Gap between the Rich and Poor

财富和收入分配不平等的加剧是世界普遍现象,节制资本、缩小贫富差距也是包括西方国家在内的世界普遍要求。中国民主革命的先驱孙中山先生提出了"平均地权、节制资本"的重要思想,对中国现阶段的经济发展和社会和谐稳定具有重大的现实指导意义。解决贫富差距突出问题,必须在继续尽可能发挥资本的积极作用的同时,合理有效减少或限制资本的消极作用,以缩小贫富差距。

Increasing inequalities of fortune and income distribution has become a worldwide common phenomenon,therefore restricting capital and narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor is the common requirement of the world,including western countries. Dr. Sun Yat- sen,a forerunner of democracy revolution in China proposed the important thought of ' equalization of landownership,regulation of capital' which is of significant practical guidance for the current Chinese economic development and social stability. The problem of income gap between the rich and the poor is significant in China on the current stage,therefore,capital shall function positively as much as possible,meanwhile,negative function of the capital shall be reasonably reduced or restricted,so as to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor.
