不同压力、煤阶对煤中甲烷的扩散影响实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究压力和煤阶对煤中甲烷扩散特性的影响,进行了甲烷等温吸附解吸实验。选取新疆某矿区长焰煤、山西古城矿3号煤层贫瘦煤两种不同变质程度的煤,制成60~80目的干燥煤样。在30℃恒温条件下,不同煤阶的煤样分别在不同的平衡压力条件下进行吸附解吸实验,对比分析研究甲烷在压力、煤阶两个主控因素下煤中甲烷扩散量,扩散率的差异。通过分析实验结果发现:高压力下甲烷累积扩散量大于低压力下的扩散量,而扩散率与之相反;高阶煤中甲烷扩散量大于低阶煤的扩散量,扩散率与之相反。研究不同主控因素下的瓦斯扩散规律,对煤层气开发和防治矿井瓦斯灾害有很好的指导意义。 In order to study the influence of adsorption and diffusion of the methane in different pressure and rank coals, the isothermal adsorption of methane desorption experiment is carried out. Select XinJiang long - flame coal and LuAn 3# coal seam meager - lean coal of GuCheng coal mine, make the coals into 60 - 80 dry samples. Under the constant temperature of 30, carry on the adsorption desorption experiments with different condition of equilibrium pressure and different rank coals samples. Contrast analysis and study the diffusion amount, diffusion rate of the different pressure and rank coals'difference. Through analyzing the experimental results :the dif- fusion amount of the methane under high pressure is greater than low pressure, diffusion rate is in contrast; diffusion amount of the methane under high rank coals are more than low rank coals, diffusion rate is in contrast. Research the methane diffusion rule under dif- ferent influencing factors have important theoretical meaning to coalbed methane development and prevention of mine gas disaster.
