摘要
大断面巷道交叉处围岩变形控制是现代大型煤矿生产环节中的重大难题之一。王庄煤矿9101回风巷车场和胶轮车大巷2都属于矩形大断面巷道,通过理论分析和现场实测对巷道交叉位置围岩变形特征和控制参数进行研究。结果表明,顶板和巷道锐角拐角处由于应力集中系数高,围岩稳定性较差,岩体较为破碎;以此为基础设计的锚网索支护方案现场实施后,两帮移近量最大为15 mm,顶板下沉量最大为14 mm,控制效果较好。
Large sections roadway at the intersection of surrounding rock deformation control is one of the major challenges in modern large - scale coal mines production processes. Wang - zhuang coal mines 9101 return yard and rubber - tyred vehicle roadway Ⅱ are be- long to large rectangular section of roadway, study on cross the roadway surrounding rock deformation characteristics and location of the control parameters through theoretical and field measurement. The results show that roof and acute angle at the corner of the roadway have High stress concentration factor, stability of surrounding rock is poor, the rock is crusher. As a basis for the design of the rear an- chor net support scheme site implementation, roadway's sides maximum closer is 15mm,roof maximum amount of subsidence is 14mm, control is better.
