摘要
目的:探讨不同生长环境对牛蒡根中菊糖含量的影响并进行分析。方法:实验采用水提法提取菊糖;采用苯酚-硫酸法测定不同牛蒡根中总糖含量,采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定不同牛蒡根中还原糖含量,总糖含量-还原糖含量=菊糖含量。结果:牛蒡根中菊糖含量与年日照量之间存在正相关性,与年降水量和年相对湿度之间存在负相关性。七个地区不同牛蒡根品种菊糖含量由多到少次序依次为柳川理想>新林1号>东京白肌>黄肌>地皇早生。结论:不同生长环境下牛蒡根中菊糖含量存在差异,但牛蒡根中菊糖含量与不同生长环境因素之间无绝对相关性,牛蒡根中菊糖含量与年均温和土壤有机质含量之间无明显相关性,与年日照量之间存在正相关性,与年降水量和年相对湿度之间存在负相关性。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the effects of different growing environment on inulin in the burdock root. Methods: Take the water extraction to extract carbohydrate in accordance with a certain ratio of material and temperature. Phenol-sulfuric methods were usedfor the detection of the content of carbohydrate in different burdock root. 3,5-2 nitro salicylic acid method is used to determinate the content of total reducing sugar in different burdock root. Results:It was found that a positive correlation between the sunshine and the content of carbohydrate in different burdock root, a negative correlation between the annual precipitation and the content of carbohydrate in different burdock root. In the 7 different regions, the content of carbohydrate in root from more to less order as follows: Liuchuanglixiang>Xinlin 1st>Dongjingbaiji>Huangji>Dihuangzaosheng. Conclusion:There are differences content of inulin in burdock roots in different growing environment, but no absolute correlation between different growing environment factors and the content of inulin in burdock roots, the content of inulin in burdock root has no obvious correlation with annual average temperature and organic matter content in soil, but a positive correlation was found that between the sunshine and the content of carbohydrate in different burdock root, a negative correlation between the annual precipitation and the content of carbohydrate in different burdock root.
