罗非鱼中拟除虫菊酯类农药检测提取方法的优化 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究罗非鱼中9种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留前处理的最佳提取方法。方法优化样品的提取条件,包括:有机溶剂类型、萃取方式、有机溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数等。最后对方法进行验证。结果最佳提取溶剂为乙腈-乙酸乙酯(9:1,V/V),提取方法选择超声提取,提取剂的用量为20 ml,提取时间为7 min,提取次数为2次。9种拟除虫菊酯类药物的回收率均为76.3%~113.2%,精密度为3.22%~14.60%,最低检出限为0.4μg/kg^3.2μg/kg。结论在实验建立的最优分析条件下,拟除虫菊酯类药物的回收率和样品的测定效果均能满足农药残留检测标准的要求。 Objective To research the the best extraction method of pre - treatment of 9 pyrethroid pesticide residuals in tila- pia. Methods Optimizing the extraction conditions of samples, including: types of organic solvent, extraction method, dosage of organic solvent, extraction time, extraction times, etc. At last, verifying this method. Results The best extraction solvent was acetonitrile -ethyl acetate (9 : 1, V/V). The extraction method was ultrasonic extraction, the extraction agent dosage was 20 ml, the extraction time was 7 min, and the extraction times choosing 2 times. 9 pyrethroids pesticides had a recovery of 76.3% -113.2%. The precision was within 3.22% -14.60%. And the detection limit was in 0. 4 μg/kg- 3.2 μg/kg. Conclusion With the establishing of the optimum analysis conditions in the experiment, both of the recovery of pyrethroid pes- ticides and the measurement results of samples could meet the requirements of pesticide residues detection standard.
