摘要 目的采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法建立尿中17种元素的快速测定方法。方法过滤酸解法对尿样进行前处理,10倍稀释后,用电感耦合等离子体发射质谱法测定尿样中的铍、铬、锰、钴、镍、砷、硒、钼、银、镉、锡、锑、铊、铅、铝、铜、锌含量。结果该法检测的灵敏度高,各元素检出限为0.019μg/L^12.1μg/L;线性关系良好,线性相关系数均≥0.995;各元素日内精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)低浓度为1.53%~10.3%,中浓度为0.68%~8.20%,高浓度为1.56%~8.88%;日间精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.89%~8.15%;加标回收率为93.9%~118%。能满足测定的要求。结论此方法简单、快速、灵敏度低、干扰少,并且能同时测定多种元素,其线性范围、检出限、精密度、准确度能满足卫生要求,可用于人体尿样中17种元素的测定。 Objective Establish a method for determination of 17 elements in urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spec- trometry. Methods Be, A1, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, As, Se, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb, T1, Pb, Cu, Zn in urine samples were deter- mined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Filtering, acidation, and dilution were involved in sample pretreat- ment. Results Sensitivity of the method was good, limits of detection of all elements ranged from 0.019 μg/L to 21.1 μg/L, and linearity coefficients were all above O. 995, the RSD of intra - day for low, middle and high spiked level ranged from 1.53% - 10.3%, 0.6g% - 8.20% and 1.56% - 8.88% respectively ; The RSD of inter - day ranged from 1.89% - 8.15% ; Additive recovery rates of spiked urine ranged from 93.9% to 118%, which meets the requirement of test. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and rapid with low sensitivity, and can determine many element simultaneously. The rang of the lin- earity, the detection rate, and precision and accuracy can meet the hygiene requirements and this method can be applied for simultaneous determination of 17 elements in human urine.
