北京市昌平区2012年-2013年食品中铅、镉、总砷、总汞检测结果分析 被引量:5

Analysis of test results of lead,cadmium,total arsenic and total mercury in foods during 2012-2013 in Changping district of Beijing

摘要 目的了解昌平区食品中铅、镉、总砷、总汞的污染情况,并对检测结果进行分析。方法对昌平区居民主要购买点的8种食品中的铅、镉、总砷、总汞这4种元素进行检测及分析。结果 2013年8种食品中铅的检出率为100.0%,其蔬菜中的铅污染最为严重,合格率仅为86.8%;2012年蔬菜中镉的检出率为50.0%,2013年镉的检出率已经翻番,其余7种食品中镉的检出率为100.0%;玉米粒、黄豆、虾类产品中总砷的检出率均为100.0%,蔬菜中总砷和总汞的检出率较低,分别为68.0%和54.2%,水果中总汞的检出率最低,为15.0%,其余6种食品中总汞的检出率均为100.0%。结论除了蔬菜中铅污染较为严重,总汞污染有1份超标外,本区2年内其他食品中的铅、镉、总砷、总汞这4种元素的污染情况均在国家标准允许范围内。 Objective To investigate the pollution of lead, cadmium, total arsenic and total mercury in Changping district in foods, and the corresponding detection results were analyzed. Methods Eight kinds of foods were purchased from the major supply center in Changping district, and the content of lead, cadmium, total arsenic and total mercury were detected and ana- lyzed. Results The detection rate of lead in 8 kinds of foods were 100.0% in 2013, andthe most serious lead contamination was detected in vegetables, with a qualified rate of 86.8%. In 2012, the detected rate of cadmium in vegetables was 50.0%, but the cadmium detection rate in 2013 has been doubled, while the cadmium detection in the other 7 kinds of foods was 100.0%. The total arsenic detected rate in corn, soybeans and shrimp was 100.0%, whereas the total arsenic and mercury in vegetables was with a relatively low detected rate of 68.0% and 54.2%, respectively. The total mercury detection rate in fruit was only 15.0%, which was the lowest detection rate among all the tested foods. The total mercury detection rate in other 6 foods was 100.0%. Conclusion Within two years, the contamination of four elements in the tested foods in Changping district was within a controllable range, except for that a relatively high lead contamination was detected in vegetables and total mercury pollution exceeding the national hygienic standard.
