新常态下我国政府经济治理的方向和策略分析

The Analysis of the Direction and Strategy of Economic Governance in China Under the Condition of the "New Normal"

文章结合当前我国新常态下的经济背景,对新常态下我国政府经济治理问题进行思考,在简要评析了经济史上几种典型的经济增长理论范式的基础上,分析了我国政府"宏观政策稳定,微观政策灵活,社会政策托底"的经济治理方向背后的深层次机理,并从政府宏观调控、应对经济风险、政策服务、机制创新和绩效评价等方面提出了一系列治理策略。

This article argued about the issue of the economic governance in China. Based on the discussing of several typical theories of economic growth during the economic history, this article analyzed the underlying mechanisms behind the government＇s strategic economic managements which were stable rnacroeconomic policies, flexible micro policies and the social policies as the foundations. This article also put forward some advice from the perspectives of the government＇s macroeconomic regulation and control, the response to economic, the policy services, the mechanism innovations and the performance evaluations, etc.
