我国资本市场转板法律制度的研究

The Study on the Legal Rules of the Chinese Capital Market Transfer

转板制度是国外资本市场一种较为常见的资本制度,但我国资本市场并没有建立起这一制度。这一制度对于资本市场来说,有其本身独特的价值,我国应当借鉴国外这一法律制度,不断完善我国的资本市场法律制度,促进国内资本市场快速健康发展。

Board Transfer Rules, which are common in western capital markets; have not been built yet in Chinese capital markets. But with its unique value, these rules should be introduced to and absorbed by Chinese policy makers for the further improvement of Chinese capital markets, so as for the healthy development of Chinese capital market.
