摘要
永磁直线发电机是点吸收式波浪能网标灯的关键部件。文中所选取的直线发电机为动圈式圆筒型结构,永磁体充磁方式为Halbach阵列结构。在JMAG电磁仿真软件的帮助下,对比分析了不同Halbach阵列对直线发电机工作性能的影响,发现轴向结构具备较大的电压和功率,且其加工性能良好、成本较低,因而适合作为直线发电机的永磁体阵列结构。
The permanent magnet linear generator is the key component of point-absorbed fishnet light powered by wave energy. The cylindrical structure with a moving coil is chosen for the generator,with the permanent magnet arranged in Halbach array. With the help of JMAG software,a comparison study of different Halbach arrays is carried out. Results show that the axial Halbach array can generate a largest voltage and a largest power. What ’s more,the axial Halbach array is easy to manufacture and has a low cost. Therefore,the axial Halbach array is the optimal array for the linear generator mentioned in the paper.
