摘要
针对原有的真空成型机滑车在快速运行时不稳定、定位精度不高的问题,对该真空成型机的结构进行改进。详细阐述了改进后真空成型机的结构特点及工作原理,通过对原有的真空成型机的结构缺陷进行分析,设计了一种相应的缓冲装置及驱动结构,即滑车与缓冲装置联接,通过改进后的驱动结构与动力装置相连。实践表明:改进后的真空成型机结构稳定、操作简单,解决了原有真空成型机的滑车快速运行过程中晃动的问题,进一步完善和实现了石棉水泥瓦、硅酸钙板等其它板材坯料的高效、批量生产。
To solve the unstable operation and low positioning accuracy of the existing vacuum forming machine pulley,the structure layout of the vacuum forming machine is improved.The structure characteristics and working principle are introduced. Based on the structure defect analysis the existing vacuum forming machine,a buffer device and the corresponding driving structure are designed. Practice has proved that the improved vacuum forming machine has the advantages of compact structure,convenient operation. The improvement can solve sloshing problems of existing vacuum forming machine in the process of rapid operation, further improve and implement the asbestos cement,calcium silicate board and other sheet metal blank,efficient mass production.
