摘要
文中根据翻转机构输送高温、大质量钢锭的实际需求,布置支撑块以减少热传导对机构的作用。针对45钢支撑块上安置隔热层后温度降至300℃左右,采用Gleeble1500测试其在300℃时的屈服强度,并采用Pro/E、ANSYS软件进行结构设计和受力分析,确定设计结构能够满足工作需求,并根据结果对结构进行了优化。
Based on the real requirement of Ingot turnover Mechanism,placing some supporting block is a way to reduce the impact of heat conduction. The supporting block blocks which is made up with 45# iron can be added with insulating layer to decrease its temperature to 300℃. The yield strengthen of 45# under 300℃ is measured via Gleeble150. With measured result,the structural design and force analysis is performed with ANSYS and Pro/E. The output of the force analysis confirmed that the design can meet the requirement. The structural optimization way also is carried out for further investigation.
