摘要
对设计制造的屏蔽式离心泵进行了工况振动噪声测试,并对测量数据进行了分析研究。结合泵组结构模态分析,进一步明确了离心泵产生振动噪声的主要原因。在此基础上优化了泵的设计,改进后的泵的振动噪声性能得到了明显改善。研究结论为泵的进一步结构改进、优化设计提供了重要参考。
The vibration and noise on normal conditions of designed centrifugal pump are measured,and the measurement data are analyzed. Combining the modal analysis results of pump group structure,the main causes of vibration and noise generation of centrifugal pump are mastered. Further,optimization of the pump design is carried out, so the vibration and noise performance of pump are obviously improved. Research conclusion provides an important reference for the further optimization design of structure improvement for pumps.
