In order to increase the quenching productivity and the quality of the tube shaft of the constant velocity joint drive shaft,special double-center induction coil is used to replace current single-center induction coil. Construction, principal and practical using method is introduced. Special double-center induction coil can increase the productivity, quality and reduce the cost greatly. This kind of method is worthy of being used widely in constant velocity joint drive shaft line.
