摘要
基于某双输出轴式手动变速器的敲击噪声实例,阐述了敲击噪声产生的机理,应用试验手段查找变速器敲击噪声产生的原因,并分别验证传动轴刚度、离合器阻尼和双质量飞轮对敲击噪声的影响。试验测试结果表明,变速器敲击噪声的主要产生原因是发动机转速波动传递到变速器输入轴的数值较大,而采用双质量飞轮能够消除变速器敲击噪声。
Based on an example of knocking noise of a double output shaft manual transmission, the mechanism of knocking noise generation is elaborated, and test is carried out to troubleshoot the cause of this knocking noise, and then the influence of drive shaft stiffness, clutch damping and dual mass fly wheel on the knocking noise are verified. The results of test show that the transmission knocking noise is generated mainly by the large engine speed fluctuation which is transferred to transmission input shaft, whereas such knocking noise can be eliminated by dual mass fly wheel.
