摘要
针对某SUV车内产生低频轰鸣的问题,应用CAE仿真和试验方法研究噪声产生路径及解决方法,判断出该问题是由排气系统振动并通过“排气系统一发动机一悬置系统一车内”路径传递到车内引起。通过修改排气系统模态,使车内噪声降低0-5dB,成功解决该车车内轰鸣问题,并验证了所用排查路径及解决方法的正确性和可行性。
This paper researches on paths and methods to eliminate the SUV interior low frequency booming noise by CAE simulation and test. It concludes that such booming noise is caused by the exhaust system's vibration which transfers through 'exhaust system-engine-mount' to the interior. By changing the mode of exhaust system, the SUV interior noise is reduced by 0-5dB, and the booming noise is eliminated. The path and the solution used are proved to be correct and feasible.
