利用富氧装置改善柴油机高海拔性能的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于发动机高原环境模拟试验台建立了加装富氧装置的柴油机高原模拟试验系统,研究了富氧装置对WD615.62增压柴油机在不同海拔(3 500 m、4 500 m)下性能的影响。结果表明,在不加装富氧装置的情况下,与零海拔相比,WD615.62增压柴油机在海拔为3 500 m和4 500 m时功率分别下降15.2%和19.1%,燃油消耗率分别增加了10.7%和22.4%。加装富氧装置后,与零海拔相比,该柴油机在海拔为3 500 m时最大转矩和标定功率分别提高了12.3%和8.6%,燃油消耗率平均下降了11.4%;在海拔为4 500 m时最大转矩和标定功率分别提高了16.1%和10.4%,燃油消耗率平均下降了14.1%。 The engine performance test system equipped with oxygen enriched device for simulating high altitude is designed based on the high altitude (low pressure) engine performance simulation test bench. The effects of oxygen enriched device on the turboeharged diesel engines' performances at different altitude (3 500 m, 4 500 m) are studied. The results indicate that the power of the turbocharged diesel engine WD615.62 decreases by 15.2 % and 19.1% respectively, and the fuel consumption rises by 10.7 % and 22.4 % respectively compared with altitude of 0 m at altitude of 3 500 m and 4 500 m without the oxygen enriched device. Whereas the maximum torque and rated power increase by 12.3 % and 8.6 % respectively after the installation of the oxygen enriched device, and the fuel consumption decreases by 11.4 % at altitude of 3500m; the maximum torque and rated power increase by 16.1% and 10.4 % respectively, and the fuel consumption decreases by 14.1% at altitude of 4 500 m.
