摘要
溜井施工是采矿工程中最困难的一环,而在叠层空区环境条件下作业,安全性差,施工难度更大。以金牛公司叠层采空区环境中上、下盘矿体内溜井施工为依托,经国内相关爆破成井理论分析与现场试验验证,采用沿溜井全高自上而下或自下而上钻机钻凿一组倾斜平行炮孔,形成了一整套VCR分段爆破成井技术,实现了复杂空区环境下溜井的高效、安全、经济施工;详述了VCR大直径深孔分段爆破成井施工工艺过程及注意事项,为高度50 m以下溜井深孔爆破成井提供了技术支撑,值得借鉴推广应用。
Straight chute construction is one of the most difficult in mining, while the stacked mined-out area environment of poor working conditions and poor safety make the construction even harder. This paper takes chute construction in hanging wall and foot wall orebodies of a stacked mined-out area environment as the engineering background, applies ties of inclined the technique, which is proved both by domestic theory of blasting excavation and in field, to drill a separallel boreholes upwards or downwards, forming a set of VCR staged blasting excavation technique, thus high efficient, safe, economic construction in complex mined-out area environment is realized; elaborates the construction process and precautions of the VCR staged blasting excavation technique,laying the technical foundation for long-hole blasting of straight chutes less than 50 m.
