微波协同酶法提取玉竹总黄酮工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用微波协同酶法提取玉竹总黄酮。以玉竹总黄酮提取率为考察指标,对微波协同酶法提取工艺条件进行了优化,确定了最佳的工艺条件:提取溶剂为40%乙醇、料液比1∶13、纤维素酶用量60mg/g、酶解温度55℃、酶解时间140min、酶解提取2次、酶解体系pH 5.5、微波功率600W、微波处理时间10min、微波温度55℃、微波提取2次,在此工艺条件下,玉竹总黄酮提取率为1.75mg/g。结果表明微波协同酶法可用于玉竹总黄酮的提取。 Microwave assisted enzyme method is applied to extract total flavonoids (TF ) from Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.)Druce .The extraction rate of TF is used as examination indicator, while the extraction technology is optimized and determined.The concentration of ethanol extraction solvent,the ratio of raw material and solvent,the amount of cellulase,the temperature,time and times of enzymolysis,the pH value,the microwave power,extracting time,extracting temperature and extraction times are 40%,1 ∶13,60 mg/g,55 ℃,140 min,2 times,5.5,600 W,10 min, 55 ℃,2 times respectively.The extraction rate of TF is 1.75 mg/g under the optimized extraction conditions.The experimental results show that enzyme method is fit for extracting TF from Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.)Druce .
