摘要
建立了同时检测8种食品添加剂含量的反相高效液相色谱法。采用Ultimate XB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分离柱,以乙酸铵缓冲溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱。方法的相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.6%;回收率为94.7%~101.6%;各种添加剂的线性相关系数≥0.9991,方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,可用于实际样品测定,结果满意。
A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC)method is developed for simultaneous determination of eight food additives.An Ultimate XB-C18 column is used with ammonium acetate buffer solution as the mobile phase under the condition of gradient elution.The relative standard deviations (RSDS)are 1.1% ~2.6% and the recoveries are 94.7% ~101.6%;all the correlation coefficients(r)are no less than 0.9991.The method is precise and accurate and could be used for analysis of the practical samples with satisfactory results.
