摘要
在收集整理相关资料和开展实地调研的基础上,介绍了超声波的工作原理,着重对近年来超声波技术在制糖工业中的应用与研究进展作了较为全面的综述。并对超声波技术应用于制糖工业存在的问题以及今后的发展趋势进行了讨论。
On the basis of collecting relevant data and carrying out field survey,introduce the working principle of ultrasound and focus on a comprehensive review about the recent research advances and application of ultrasound technology in sugar industry.Further,the existing problems of application of ultrasound in sugar industry and the future development trend are discussed.
