2013年中国摩托车的产量约2300×104辆,出口约880×104辆。早在1993年中国的摩托车产量达到337×104辆,超过日本,居世界第一。从20世纪30年代开始铝就在摩托车制造中得到应用,当今日本及中国台湾省的摩托车铝化率最高,中国大陆摩托车的铝化率比他们的约低5.5个百分点,因此,推广铝在摩托车中的应用有一定潜力。2012年日本加重小赛车的铝化率约38%,是铝化率最高的,轻便型车的铝化率约14%。2×××、5×××、7×××系变形铝合金与Al-Si-Cu系、Al-Si-Mg系铸造铝合金用得多。铸造铝合金的用量占62%左右,同时多为再生铝合金。
In 2013, output of motorcycles in China was about 23 million, of which approxi- mate 8.8 million were exported. As early as in 1993, motorcycle output in China was 3.37 million and occupied the first position in the world, leaving Japan behind. Aluminum has been applied in motorcycles since 1930s. Today the aluminum-used ratios in motorcycles are the highest in Japan and Taiwan Province of China. China's Mainland is left behind by 5.5 %. So there' s a potential market in China to promote aluminum application in motorcycles. In 2012,heavy race motorcycles in Japan had the highest aluminum-used ratio, about 38%, while the ratio for light motorcycles was 14% or so. Frequently used aluminum are 2000, 5000,7000 series wrought aluminum alloys, Al-Si-Cu and Al-Si-Mg series cast aluminum al- loys. Cast aluminum alloys account for about 62% in usage, and many of them are recycled.
