摘要
高密齿散热器铝合金型材由于其良好的散热性能得到越来越广泛的应用。模具是生产这类型材的关键要素。通过实际例子介绍了这类型材模具的设计。其设计的主要理念在于通过合理的金属分配供应、合理的金属流速调整,降低金属挤压成形时对悬臂的冲击,从而改善悬臂的受力状况,达到提高悬臂的强度和刚度的目的。实践证明,这些是可行的和有效的,供同行参考。
Aluminum alloy profiles are widely used for radiators with high-density fins be- cause of their excellent properties of heat dispersion. The die plays a key role in production of these profiles. The design concept of the die is introduced through practical examples, that is, to improve the tongue stress, strength and stiffness by adjusting metal distribution, controlling flow rate, and reducing impact on the tongue during the forming process. The practice demonstrates that this design is feasible and effective, can be taken for reference of the same industry.
