摘要
采用力学性能测试和显微组织观察等方法,研究了动车组6N01铝合金车体型材时效工艺对其性能和组织的影响。结果表明,185℃3h时效制度对6N01铝合金车体型材很适宜,在此条件下,该合金型材的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为262.8N/mm^2~231.1 N/mm^2、224 N/mm^2~214.3 N/mm^2和13.1%~17.3%。这一结果说明,该时效制度比双级时效制度可节省保温时间7 h。
The effect of aging treatment on properties and microstructure of 6N01 aluminum profiles for CRH body is studied by the mechanical property test and microstructure ob- servation. The results show that aging at 185℃ for 3 h is suitable for 6N01 aluminum profiles for CRH body. At that time, the tensile strength, the yield strength and the elongation are re- spectively 262.8 N/mm^2 - 231.1 N/mm^2,224 N/mm^2 - 214.3 N/mm^2 and 13. 1% - 17.3%. It indicates that the above mentioned aging system saves 7 h holding time than the two-stage aging system.
