摘要
为解决LED光源对100 W白炽灯的简单替换,同时更换后的系统能够满足与原照明系统具有相同的低色温、高显色性并方便调光的特点,开展了紧凑型、高功率密度、可调光LED光源的技术研究。通过对光源结构、热通道、光电参数、驱动及调光电路和可靠性的研究,利用空气动力学原理,合理设计了光源内部的气流方向,开发了可简单替换100 W白炽灯的标准E27接口可调光LED光源,功率15 W,输入电压220 V,显色指数大于90,色温为2 700~3 000 K功率因素大于0.90,光效大于95 lm/W,3 000 h光通量衰减小于3%。采用该LED光源原位替代100 W白炽灯,照度指标提高30%,功耗降低85%。
To solve the problem of the simple replacement of the 100 W incandescent lamp by the LED,while the replacement of the system can meet the same condition as the original system of low color temperature,high color rendering and easy dimming features,the compact,high power density,dimmable LED light source technology was studied. Through researching the structure,the thermal channel,the optical parameters,the driving light and dimming circuit and the reliability,based on the principle of aerodynamics,the airflow direction inside a light source was reasonably designed and a simple replacement of the standard incandescent 100 W E27 interface dimming LED light source was developed. The power is 15 W,input voltage is 220 V,color rendering index is greater than 90,color temperature is from 2 700 K to 3 000 K, power factor is greater than 0. 90, the light efficiency is greater than95 lm/W,3 000 h flux attenuation is less than 3%. The LED light source in situ using alternative100 W incandescent illumination index increases by 30% and reduces power consumption by 85%.
