基于教育质量的教师绩效评价

摘要 高校教育评价涉及学校、部门、教师及学生,其中教师绩效评价涉及面广而受到极大关注。教学和科研是高校的二项重要工作,也是考核的二个重要方面,考核指标具体且全面。教育质量与高、大、全的评价指标间没有必然联系。文章通过教师对绩效评价认识的问卷调查,探讨高校评价的体系、指标及质量问题。
